Gina earned her Doctorate in Education from Grand Canyon University in 2019. Her dissertation, Students’ Perceptions of the iPad’s Influence on Engagement and Learning, was a study that examined how high school students felt about using the iPad.
I’m Dr. Gina Horton — an educator, consultant, and lifelong learner passionate about helping teachers and schools create engaging, student-centered learning experiences. With more than two decades of experience in education as a teacher and administrator, I understand the real challenges educators face every day — and the rewards that come with making a difference in students’ lives.
Through my consulting work, I design professional development, curriculum, and coaching that’s practical, personalized, and grounded in my own experience — not a one-size-fits-all model. My goal is always to support teachers and leaders in ways that respect their time, creativity, and expertise.
